  • When can I move in?

    If there is a storage space available that meets your specific storage needs, you can move in anytime during access hours.

  • How much notice needs to be given before I move out?

    All contracts are month-to-month. We require a seven day notice before you move out.

  • What type of documentation do I need to provide in order to rent space?

    We require a government-issued photo ID (example: driver’s license, state ID or passport).

  • Do I need to sign a long-term lease?

    No. We rent on a month-to-month basis unless the customer requests otherwise.

  • How do I make a payment?

    We accept cash, check or credit card or you can make a payment through our website. You may also sign up for auto-pay to have payments automatically deducted from your credit card/savings/checking account monthly.

  • What credit cards do you accept?

    VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

  • Do you sell boxes and storage supplies?

    Yes. We sell various moving supplies in our office.

  • How do I know how much storage space I will need?

    You can use the Storage Calculator on our website or come view our available units.

  • Are there any items that I am NOT able to store?

    Strictly prohibited items include, but are not limited to: foodstuffs, animals, paints, fertilizers, propane tanks, welding gases, gasoline, pool chemicals, matches, fireworks, explosives, flammable and hazardous materials, car batteries, ammunition, illegal or stolen items, plants, medicines, mothballs, anything that could attract insects or rodents and anything that would violate any local, state or federal law. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding a specific item.

  • Does there have to be someone in the office to let me through the security gates?

    No. At the time of signing you will be given your own security pass code that will allow you access to your unit.

  • Do you have handcarts and dollies available at your facility?

    Yes. You are welcome to use our complimentary handcarts and dollies to move in.
